hanging on in there

just about. having reflexology has at least given me some hope which is what i had run out of. no signs yet of anything happening but some people tell me it can take up to 48 hours...

my mum-in-law coming round today to keep me company which will be nice. motivates me to make some nice food anyway!

will try to go for a walk today i think...

v happy it isnt so hot now though...
